Customer channels
Existing PrivateCloud customers can ask staff for the Customer role after joining. Once verified, you can access the customer lounge and customer support channels.
Getting started
- Click Join PrivateCloud on Discord and accept the invite.
- Read the welcome and rules channels, then introduce yourself in general chat.
- If you are already a customer, ask staff to verify your account and enable customer access.
Joining does not automatically link your PrivateCloud account or assign a customer role. You do not need a Developer role to use the API and MCP discussion channels.
Keep credentials private. Never post access tokens, API keys, passwords, or billing details. Customer support channels are shared with other verified customers, not private tickets. Keep shared media safe for work.
